URI provided preconstruction and construction management services.
The project constructed a 4,400 SF office built to seismic Category IV standards with an adjacent 7,700 SF warehouse and vehicle storage building. The site improvements included parking, a stormwater facility with onsite detention, and secure perimeter fencing. Metal structures were built for decant operations, truck scale, bins to support excavation operations, enclosed vehicle storage, and material storage. A covered island was built for gas and diesel fueling of vehicles.
