10,055 SF of new site structures on the 3.69 acre site along with 19,305 SF of renovation and addition to the existing warehouse.
The warehouse scope included an addition for the auto technician, truck washing equipment, and renovation to create a fitness center for employees. The site improvements included parking reconfiguration, stormwater improvements, lighting, and secure perimeter fencing. Metal structures were built for decant operations, truck scale, bins to support excavation operations, enclosed vehicle storage, and material storage. A covered island was built for gas and diesel fueling of vehicles.
