Owner's Representative
Community Development Partners is developing a 10-building affordable housing project in Salem OR, with 184 units. The new apartments will provide a mixture of unit types to serve all members of the community, with one building designated as senior housing. A community building with gathering space and leasing offices will be at the North end of the site. The scope of the project includes upgrades to Battle Creek Road SE, and new extensions of Foxhaven, Teal, and Salal Streets through the site, in addition to an extensive stormwater management system, and a large site utility package.
Urban Resources, Inc. was hired by CDP to serve as the owner’s representative during the design and construction phases. Construction began in August 2022 and be complete in Fall 2024.
