Las Flores Apartments

Community Development Partners is developing an affordable housing project on a 4.9 acre site in Oregon City, which will have 171 apartment units across eight buildings. Residents will have access to a central community center with meeting spaces, a computer lab, onsite laundry, bike parking, and a community room with a kitchen. The site work associated with the project includes an offsite pedestrian trail to a nearby public transit stop, and roadway improvements. URI joined the team as the Owner’s Representative in 2020 during the due diligence period, and will continue through the design and construction phases until completion.
