The Fair-Haired Dumbbell is a 55,000 square foot mixed-use building located at the East Burnside Bridgehead. The building consists of two six-story timber frame buildings connected by a bridge at each level giving it the appearance of a dumbbell from above.

The top five floors are creative office space with retail space on the ground floor. The exterior skin is covered by a unique hand painted design by Los Angeles artist James Jean. His design was then transferred onto the building by local artist Dan Cohen. Urban Resources served as the owner’s representative until its completion in summer of 2017.
