Broadleaf Arbor

Community Development Partners and Northwest Oregon Housing Authority are the co-developers of a 239-unit affordable housing project at Hwy 30 and Gable Road in St. Helens, OR. The 15+ acre site has protected wetlands on the Eastern portion, and the rest of the site is being developed to have 11 building with three different styles of housing to serve residents – family housing, townhomes, and a senior building. There is a focus on the landscape and outdoor areas, and the design includes an extensive stormwater management plan, a large utility package, and Right of Way improvements to align with the City’s new Riverfront Connector Plan.

Urban Resources, Inc. was brought onto the team by CDP to serve as the owner’s representative during the design and construction phases. Construction started in August 2021 and is anticipated to be completed in a phased approach with all buildings open by the end of 2023.
