URI provided Owner's Rep services for ASHA
ASHA worked with The City of Astoria to renovate an existing City Park into a themed park to celebrate the cultures of Nordic immigrants to the area. The site work included grading, storm water system, irrigation and coordination with the adjacent trolley line. The cultural features include flagpoles representing the five Nordic countries, a May pole and plaza for performances, a lighted arch, trolls, trunks, benches, and panels throughout the park describing the story of the immigrants and their impact on the region.
