Watermark at the Pearl is a 237-unit senior living community offering a blend of independent living, assisted living, and memory care services. The development features a range of residential options, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, complemented by multiple landscaped courtyards and extensive wellness-focused amenities. The 16-story building includes an additional level of subterranean parking to accommodate residents and visitors. URI served as a trusted local project consultant on behalf of the project's investment group. Responsibilities included attending project meetings, monitoring consultant reports, and reviewing monthly payment applications to ensure the project's successful progression.
