Warehouse Expansion Project

Urban Resources, Inc. was hired by Capstone Partners to manage the site improvements and construction of a 176,000 SF warehouse expansion at an active facility in Halsey, Oregon. The project involved rerouting utilities, adding trailer parking, and constructing a new access road. Notable, the facility remained fully operational throughout the construction process. The warehouse expansion was completed in July 2020, followed by the completion of the access road in October 2020.
