Summary:

Urban Resources, Inc. served as the Owner's Rep for the Portland Art Museum's Center for an Untold Tomorrow (PAM CUT), overseeing the transformation of the former Oregon Theater on SE Division into the Tomorrow Theater. This historic venue, which once operated as a movie theater, has been revitalized to serve as a dynamic space for the arts. URI was responsible for managing the tenant improvement planning and construction, ensuring the successful integration of creative interior designs and the installation of new projection equipment. Through careful coordination and oversight, URI helped bring new life to this culturally significant building, supporting its reinvention as a vibrant film and new media destination.
