Third Street Commons

MWA Architects

Summary:

Third Street Commons is an upcoming Permanent Supportive Housing project in Corvallis, Oregon, occupying a 1.33-acre site owned by Corvallis Housing First. This development features 47 thoughtfully designed units, including both studios and one-bedroom options along with abundant indoor and outdoor community space. With a focus on affordability, rental subsidies ensure that residents contribute 27% of their income towards rent. Supported by a robust services funding model, this community will offer on-site resident and case management services, complemented by medical and behavior health support. URI is currently serving as Owners Reps for the project and working alongside Structure Development Advisors, MWA Architects, and Essex Construction to bring this project to life.
