URI served as the Owner’s Representative for the Thesis campus project, ensuring its successful execution from start to finish. The 40,000 SF mass timber headquarters features a warm and tactile material palette, complemented by a cohesive design strategy. Key amenities include a spacious plaza, a rooftop terrace, and a dynamic ground-floor all-hands space with terraced seating for events and presentations. With its LEED Gold certification, the project integrates rigorous energy reduction strategies and on-site renewable energy, including a 54.6 KW solar array. Expansive operable openings on every level provide ample access to fresh air and stunning views of Forest Park.
