The Palms

The Palms is a 7-story multifamily development situated on Interstate Avenue, at the site of the former Palms Motor Hotel. The project will preserve and refurbish the iconic historic neon sign, which serves as a key design inspiration for the property. Planned amenities include a community courtyard, a welcoming lobby, a fitness center, and a rooftop deck on the 7th floor, offering residents a variety of elevated social and recreational spaces.
