Several units feature sweeping views of Mt. Rainier and Commencement Bay. The project emphasizes inclusivity, with a voluntary goal of 25% participation by minority and disadvantaged businesses in its construction. Additionally, sustainability is a key focus, incorporating on-site solar panels and a green roof to reduce environmental impact.
