The Abigail is a mixed-income affordable housing development situated at the northern edge of the Pearl District in downtown Portland. The project comprises a total of 155 apartment homes, including 128 affordable units and 27 market-rate units, with a variety of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom configurations. Key amenities include a landscaped courtyard, 80 below-grade parking spaces, a community room, and a multi-story skybridge that connects the two buildings, offering scenic outdoor views.
