Stratus Village

Stratus Village will provide 175 affordable housing units in McMinnville, Oregon. The development consists of four three-story residential buildings arranged around a central courtyard, featuring outdoor amenities such as picnic areas, an off-leash dog area, a playground, and community garden boxes. A single-story clubhouse will function as a community center, offering leasing space and office facilities for community partners. URI joined the project team in Fall 2023 as the Owner's Rep for the Housing Authority of Yamhill County (HAYC) and will remain engaged throughout the construction phase.
