Spruce Point Apartments will provide 60 units of affordable housing in Manzanita on Oregon's northern coast. The development consists of five apartment buildings offering a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Planned site amenities include 96 parking spaces, a community clubhouse, a playground, an outdoor plaza, and additional outdoor features. URI is servicing as the owner's representative for Home First Development and Green Light Development throughout project construction.
