Amazon Fulfilment Center

Urban Resources, Inc. was hired by Capstone Partners to provide Owner's Representative services for both the shell and tenant improvement of their 1 million SF property in Salem, OR. This phase includes the development of an Amazon non-sort fulfillment center, which features 103 dock doors, 306 trailer stalls, and 1,050 parking spaces. The building shell was substantially completed in April 2018, just nine months after the commencement of construction.
