The Alma Apartments is a two-story, 39-unit affordable housing development located in Springfield, Oregon, designed to provide stable housing for families affected by wildfires, survivors of domestic violence, seniors, and individuals with disabilities. The project will offer a diverse mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, alongside 850 SF of community space, surface parking, and a spacious secure outdoor courtyard.
