AC Hotel by Marriott

Urban Resources, Inc. (URI) was hired by Vesta Hospitality to serve as the Owner's Representative during the design and construction phases of the new AC Hotel by Marriott at Block D within the Port of Vancouver's Terminal 1 Development. The AC Hotel Vancouver Waterfront is a 7-story, concrete structure featuring 150 guestrooms, 160 structured parking spaces, and LEED Gold certification. Designed by DLR Group, the hotel offers a range of amenities, including a spacious ballroom with panoramic views of the Columbia River, meeting spaces on the seventh floor, retail space on the ground floor, and various guest services aimed at enhaving the overall experience.
