Portland State University New Housing Building

URI has been awarded the PSU New Housing Building following a competitive public RFP process for CM/PM services. URI is working directly for PSU on their first new housing project in years. The project will include 268 student housing units and amenities will include a courtyard with fire pit, bike hub, (1) classroom, (3) staff offices, a show room, multipurpose room with game table and student kitchen, (15) student community rooms at resident floors including kitchenettes, (4) laundry rooms, allergy kitchen, music room, student concierge center, and a rooftop solar array.
