The Cultural Crossing project is a significant expansion of the Portland Japanese Garden, incorporating expansive landscapes and intricate water features. The development includes a cultural village housing administrative offices, surrounded by serene garden spaces, a cascading pond, and dedicated educational facilities. Urban Resources, Inc. had the privilege of serving as the Owner's Representative throughout both the preconstruction and construction phases of this transformative expansion.
