Portland Art Museum - Rothko Pavillion
Hennebery Eddy Architects in conjunction with Vinci Hamp Architects

Summary:
The Rothko Pavilion project involves the construction of a 4-story building addition designed to connect the Portland Art Museum's two existing structures. This addition will feature an open, covered passageway linking 10th Avenue and Park Avenue, enhancing accessibility throughout the museum. The scope of work includes the installation of new elevators and restrooms, a second-floor terrace, a community commons area, the relocation of a loading dock, and a comprehensive renovation of the entire museum campus. Urban Resources, Inc. was engaged by the Portland Art Museum as the Owner's Rep during the early design phase, which commenced in August 2018, providing critical oversight and guidance throughout the project's development.
