The Oro Apartments is a mixed-use, seven-story development located at the corner of NW Overton Street and 15th Avenue in Portland's Pearl District. The building features creative office space on the ground floor, a three-level mechanical parking system, an outdoor amenity deck, and 68 residential units. Urban Resources, Inc. (URI) served as Owner's Representative for the project, which completed construction in the spring of 2019.
