Summary:

The project serves as the new home base for the client's Lincoln City operations. It encompasses the development of new office and warehouse buildings, material storage facilities, a vehicle storage garage, an equipment fueling station, a truck wash station, a truck scale, a decant facility, a telemetry tower, a cathodic protection system, and a stormwater detention structure. The site's challenging topography necessitated significant earthwork, including the construction of over 9,000 sf of MSE retaining walls to support the development.
