Summary:

A NW utility company has completed construction of their state-of-the-art testing facility in Sherwood, OR. The pre-engineered metal building includes coiling doors for drive through access and a 5 ton bridge cane for pipe handling. The facility features an enclosure to safely pressure test pipe assemblies from a remote control room. A grit blasting booth was also constructed to prepare pipe assemblies for painting.

The company engaged Urban Resources, Inc. as the Owner’s rep for planning, pre-construction, and construction management services. Construction began on May 5, 2018 and was substantially complete on October 12, 2018.
