NW Utility- Company Eugene Resource Center

Urban Resources, Inc. (URI) was engaged by a Northwest utility company to provide pre-construction and construction management services for the renovation of the Eugene Resource Center. The project encompassed improvements to the 3.3-acre site, the renovation of an existing 12,795 sf building, and the addition of 11,046 sf of new site structures. The project was substantially completed in October 2018.
