NW Utility- Clatsop County Resource Center

The project involved the construction of a 4,400 SF office building designed to meet Seismic Category IV standards, complemented by a 7,700 SF warehouse and vehicle storage facility. Site improvements included the development of parking areas, a stormwater management system with on-site detention, and secure perimeter fencing. Additionally, metal structures were built to support decant operations, truck scales, excavation bins, enclosed vehicle storage, and material storage. A covered fueling island was also constructed to accommodate gas and diesel fueling for vehicles.
