Nomad Apartments

This 130-unit apartment complex was one of the first multifamily developments to be completed in accordance with the City of Portland's Inclusionary Housing policy. Drawing inspiration from the city's motorcycle culture, the building offers a diverse range of unit configurations, from micro units to three-bedroom apartments. Its modern design complements the dynamic character of Portland's edgy Overlook neighborhood, creating a distinctive and vibrant living space for residents. Urban Resources, Inc. served as the Owner's Representative during the construction phase of this project.
