New Warehouse -Rivergate

Urban Resources, Inc. was hired by Capstone Partners to manage the site development and construction of a 483,000 SF distribution warehouse in Portland, Oregon's Rivergate Industrial area. The project encompassed significant site improvements, including utility upgrades, rerouting of access roads, the addition of new trailer parking, and the installation of a connector between the existing a new warehouse to accommodate automated vehicles. URI was responsible for overseeing the contractor RFP and selection process, GMP negotiations, permitting, and providing comprehensive construction project management. The warehouse was successfully completed in December 2020.
