Moxy Hotel by Marriott

Urban Resources, Inc. (URI) was engaged by Graves Hospitality to provide Owner's Representative services for the Moxy Hotel by Marriott, located at SW 10th & Alder in Portland, OR. URI assisted during the design and permitting stages, as well as a portion of the construction phase. This boutique hotel, situated on a 7,500 SF lot in Portland's West End, is a 12-story concrete structure with one level of underground parking. The hotel features 197 guest rooms, including a hospitality suite on the 12th floor with panoramic city views, as well as amenities such as a fitness center, food cart pods, and a spacious lobby. The Moxy Hotel opened its doors to the public in 2021.
