Mahonia Crossing Phase II

Community Development Partners successfully developed the second phase of Mahonia Crossing, adding 129 affordable housing units to South Salem. This phase consists of eight three-story wood-frame buildings and features shared laundry facilities and surface parking. As part of a larger, two-phase development, the project contributes a total of 313 new affordable housing units, addressing the growing need for affordable living options in the area.
