Mahonia Crossing Phase I

Community Development Partners developed a 10-building affordable housing project in Salem, Oregon, comprising 184 units. The development offers a variety of unit types to accommodate a diverse range of residents, including one building specifically designated for senior housing. A community building, located at the northern end of the site, features gathering spaces and leasing offices. The project scope also included significant infrastructure improvements, such as upgrades to Battle Creek Road SE and the extension of Foxhaven, Teal, and Salal Streets through the site. Additionally, the project incorporated an extensive stormwater management system and a comprehensive site utility package. Urban Resources, Inc. was engaged by CDP as the owner's representative throughout the design and construction phases. Construction was completed in the fall of 2024.
