Lower Burnside Lofts is a six-story, mixed-use development located at SE 10th Avenue and Ankeny Street in Portland, OR. The building features 62 residential units on the upper floors, including studios, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments, while the ground level offers retail and restaurant space. Ideally situated in one of Portland's most vibrant neighborhoods, the development provides 102 bicycle parking spaces and 17 vehicles parking spaces. Urban Resources, Inc. (URI) was actively engaged in both the preconstruction and construction phases of the project, contributing to its successful execution.
