Hygge on Hoyt

Hygge on Hoyt is a mixed-use multifamily development situated at NE 20th and Hoyt Street in Portland's Kerns neighborhood. The building features a ground-floor coffee shop integrated into the lobby, 59 residential apartment units, and a top-floor amenity space offering panoramic views of downtown Portland. Additional amenities include 15 vehicle parking spaces and 65 bicycle racks. Urban Resources served as the Owner's Representative throughout the design and construction phases of the project. In October 2020, C2K Architecture received the IIDA Oregon Chapter Design Excellence Award for the design of the Hygge Café, highlighting the project's distinctive architectural vision.
