High Desert Museum

Urban Resources, Inc. was selected as the Owner’s Representative by the High Desert Museum is late 2023 to oversee and manage a new 24,000 sf expansion to the existing museum. The expansion includes 5,000 sf of new gallery space, a 5,000 sf hall for events, educations classrooms and a “flex hub”, a gathering room for board meetings, catering kitchen, BOH facilities, an exterior “learning porch”, a new 82 stall parking lot, and other exterior amenities. Also included in the expansion project is a new $5 mil exhibit space. The new exhibit is a complete gut and renovation of an existing exhibit space in the museum. Construction is expected to be completed in November of 2027.
