Grant Park Village Phase II

Phase II of the Grant Park Village development commenced construction in November 2016. Located adjacent to Phase I, the new five-story building offers convenient access to local amenities, including New Seasons Market and other retail stores. Spanning 163,000 sf, the building houses 167 residential units and includes 100 underground parking spaces. Notable amenities within the development include a community room, fitness center, game room, and bicycle storage for up to 198 bikes. Urban Resources, Inc. (URI) served as the Owner's Representative throughout both the preconstruction and construction phases, overseeing the project until its completion in the summer of 2018.
