Goat Blocks - Tenant Improvements

Urban Resources, Inc. was engaged to oversee the commercial tenant improvement construction across the Goat Blocks buildings. One of the notable projects involved the transformation of a former hardware store space into Hopscotch PDX, an immersive art gallery. In this role, URI managed the core and shell build-out while providing oversight throughout the tenant improvement process to ensure seamless execution and high-quality results.
