College Housing Northwest: The Amy

The Amy is a 141-unit affordable student housing development located in Southwest Portland, within walking distance of Portland State University. The project features fives stories of wood-frame construction above a post-tensioned concrete podium and parking garage. The building offers a variety of amenities, including shared kitchens and lounges, laundry facilities, and common areas for residents. Outdoor amenities include a spacious private courtyard, complete with a fire pit, BBQ area, and seating spaces. Urban Resources, Inc. was engaged during the construction phase by College Housing Northwest (CHNW). The building was completed and opened in Spring 2019.
