Burnside 26 Apartments is a four-story, mixed-use development situated in the heart of Southeast Portland. The building encompasses 135 residential units and includes approximately 50 underground parking spaces. Notable amenities in the development feature a community room, an indoor/outdoor rooftop lounge complete with a kitchen and fireplace, among other offerings designed to enhance the resident experience. Urban Resources, Inc. (URI) acted as the Owner's Representative throughout the project, overseeing its successful completion in 2014.
