brookLAND Apartments

brookLAND is a five-story, 166-unit apartment building located in Portland's Brooklyn neighborhood. The building's design reflects the unique triangular shape of the site, with the majority of units offering exterior access via wood walkways that overlook a central atrium. The development also includes a ground-floor co-working space, a fitness center, a lounge area, and mechanical parking. Urban Resources, Inc. (URI) served as the owner's representative throughout the construction phase of the project.
