Summary:

Community Development Partners, in partnership with Northwest Oregon Housing Authority, co-developed Broadleaf Arbor, a 239-unit affordable housing project in St. Helens, Oregon, which opened in 2023. Spanning nearly 16 acres and consisting of 11 buildings, the development features a mix of larger apartment buildings surrounding a central green space and playground, townhomes, and a senior building with elevator access. Urban Resources, Inc. acted as the owner's representative throughout the design and construction phases, ensuring the successful execution of the project.
